9:00 – 9:30	Introduction & Icebreakers Meet your group leader and other conference attendees in your group while participating in fun ice breaker games. Don’t be afraid to get to know your leader – they’ve been through what you’re about to experience: University! Ask questions, ask for advice.
9:30 – 9:50	Keynote Speaker A kick start to your conference experience – enjoy a motivational speech from an esteemed speaker. Get ready to be inspired. More details coming soon!
10:00 – 11:00	Workshop #1: The Power of Savings Find out why a dollar saved today is most definitely not just a dollar tomorrow. How can you take advantage of Compound Interest and grow your money day by day?
11:15 – 12:15	Workshop #2: Credit Cards Complete your payment with the swipe of a card, or with the click of a button for the increasing online purchases of today – sure sounds easy and appealing. However, without the proper knowledge of the impact of credit card debt – you are easily susceptible to debt mismanagement. Obtain the knowledge to avoid common pitfalls and become an expert on managing your credit card use.
12:30 – 1:50	Lunch / Tradeshow Depending on your group, you will either have lunch first, or attend the trade show first. Enjoy lunch and snacks, while mingling with other conference attendees. At the trade show, you will meet representatives from different financial and educational institutions – ask questions and learn about personal finance while participating in draws and competing against other groups for awesome prizes.
2:00 – 3:00	Workshop #3: Introduction to Investments There are much more to Investments than just the stock market. Many options are available depending on your own risk preference, which will strongly shape your investment decisions. The growth of personal wealth relies heavily on these decisions – and it is never too early to start learning about the variety of options available to you.
3:20 – 3:50	Closing Activities Put what you’ve learned to the test! Compete in races and contests against your friends. Apply your newly acquired knowledge to win exciting prizes.
3:50 – 4:00	Closing Remarks A wrap up to an eventful day! Receive a certificate which acknowledges your participation in the Finance Beyond High School conference. Be proud – you’ve earned your wings.
